Poppy Day gratitude
The Hinsdale American Legion and Auxiliary and the Hinsdale Veterans of Foreign War are grateful for the generosity of residents on Poppy Day. All funds collected will go into programs. A special “thank you” is extended to the students who assisted the VFW in their collection. It was also moving to see the Memorial Day turnout of residents, on a very hot day, to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. We’re grateful for the support and patriotism.
