Hinsdale police blotter for June 19

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Hinsdale Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
BATTERY
Jeremy Gene Kloubec, 40, of 5709 Foxgate Lane, Hinsdale, was charged with domestic battery at 3:04 a.m. June 17 at his home.
Bridget Anne Kelly, 21, of 5502 S. Madison No. 11, Hinsdale, was charged with domestic battery, aggravated battery of a police officer, and resisting/obstructing an officer at 3:23 p.m. June 14 on the 5500 block South Madison. Kelly shut the door of a police car on an officer’s leg, preventing him from leaving the vehicle.
BURGLARY
Someone entered unlocked vehicles that were parked in driveways on 10 block South Monroe Street, 600 block South Bodin, 500 block North Oak, and 200 block South Bodin between 6 p.m. June 11 and 10:15 a.m. June 12. Taken in these incidents were six routers valued at $250, an empty sunglass case, an IPass transponder, a gym bag, two sunglasses valued at $700, $4 in loose change, and two pocket knives.
DRUGS
Scott D. Callaghan, 18, of 43 Baybrook Lane, Oak Brook, was cited for possession of marijuana at 1:48 a.m. June 13 on the 10 block South Thurlow. Police saw him in a parked vehicle acting suspiciously near an area where several vehicles were burglarized recently. A 17-year-old Hinsdale boy in the car was cited for possession of tobacco by a minor
Kelly G. O’Connell, 18, of 1115 S. Spring Ave, La Grange, was cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment, and unlawful possession of alcohol by minor at 11:28 p.m. June 12 at 215 W. 59th St. Two people with him, Michael A. Gebner, 18, of 16W729 56th Place, No. 1, Clarendon Hills and Jeramy S. Robertson, 18, of 215 W. 59th St. No. 17, Hinsdale, were charged with underage possession of alcohol. The three were observed standing next to a vehicle that had a case a beer hidden beneath it.
HIT AND RUN
Ruslan L. Tiniakov, 40, of 211 W. 59th St., No.11, Hinsdale, was charged with a hit and run at 10:30 p.m. June 15 on the 200 block of 57th Street after striking two parked vehicles and fleeing the scene.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Someone slashed a tire on a vehicle parked in the driveway on the 400 block South Bodin Street sometime between 10:30 p.m. June 11 and 6:45 a.m. June 12.
Donald Karl Schemel, 32, of 616 E. 96th St., Kansas City, Mo., was charged with criminal damage to property at 3:16 a.m. June 12 at Belluomini’s Tavern, 954 S. Madison St. Police responded to a burglar alarm and located a rear door to the tavern that was kicked in.
THEFT
A resident reported an unknown suspect opened a savings and checking account using the victim’s information and transferred $14,000 out of an existing account on the 300 block of East Chicago Avenue on June 12.
TRESPASSING
Leon Mauricio, 43, of 5156 S. Loomis St., Chicago, was charged with trespassing to at 12:46 p.m. June 12 at the BNSF tracks near 200 block Symonds Drive. Mauricio was spotted on railroad property removing scrap metal.
