Hinsdale police blotter for May 29

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Hinsdale Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
ALCOHOL
Hector Camargo, 31, of 4233 S. California Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device at 10:18 p.m. May 24 at Ogden Avenue and Washington Street.
Christopher R. Taylor, 19, of 7 E. 57th St., Hinsdale, was charged with unlawful use of alcohol by a minor at 12:39 a.m. May 27 on the first block of East 57th Street.
Joshua C. Dickson, 37, of 2233 S. Highland Ave., Lombard, was charged with DUI and improper lane use at 1:18 a.m. May 28 on Route 83, between 31st Street and Ogden Avenue.
Jason R. Kilburn, 56, of 8441 Lemont Road, Downers Grove, was charged with DUI, improper lane use, failing to reduce speed to avoid and accident, driving on the wrong side of the road, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, and driving on an expired registration at 12:32 a.m. May 26 on the 800 block of West 55th Street.
BURGLARY
A bicycle valued at $400 and a leaf blower of unknown value were reported stolen between 7 p.m. May 20 and 10:30 a.m. May 21 from a garage on the 100 block of South Quincy Street. Entry was made through an open garage door.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Someone sent threatening emails between 10:10 a.m. and 1:08 p.m. May 20 to a resident of the 700 block of Hinsdale Avenue. The incident was reported to police May 21.
Someone left a message of a disturbing nature at 5:20 p.m. May 27 on a telephone answering machine of a resident of the first block of Orchard Place.
HIT-AND-RUN
Someone driving a black or blue SUV struck another vehicle and left the scene at 11:08 p.m. May 26 at 55th and Madison Streets.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Someone damaged a picnic table, upturned a trash can, damaged a window screen, and wrote on an exterior door between 5 and 7:15 p.m. May 25 at Monroe School, 210 N. Madison St.
Police responded to a call between 4:30 and 5:10 p.m. May 25 of juveniles damaging the garbage Dumpster enclosure outside of Cosi Restaurant, 25 E. Hinsdale Ave. Police made contact with two suspects, both 12-year-old Hinsdale boys, who were released without charges.
THEFT
Someone pumped $87.26 worth of gas and left without paying at 9:30 a.m. May 21 at the Mobil Gas Station, 8 W. Chicago Ave.
A 16-year-old Clarendon Hills boy was cited for theft after stealing a set of head phones valued at $200 between 12:20 and 12:40 p.m. May 16 in the cafeteria of Hinsdale Central, 5500 S. Grant St. The suspect returned the headphones to the victim. The incident was reported to police May 21.
