Hinsdale police blotter for May 22

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Hinsdale Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
ALCOHOL
Ruslan L. Riniakov, 40, of 211 W. 59th St., #11, Hinsdale, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane use at 12:30 a.m. Friday. He was stopped at 55th Street and County Line Road.
A 16-year-old River Forest boy was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, criminal trespass to land and curfew violation at 2:46 a.m. Saturday. He was cited at Brook Park, 400 Woodside Ave.
John R. Ellis, 20, of 310 Ridge Ave., Clarendon Hills, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to wear a seal belt at 2:34 a.m. Saturday. He was stopped at 55th Street and Garfield Avenue.
Oleg Mateychenko, 20, of 455 Old Surrey Road, Hinsdale was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 2:01 a.m. Friday. Nicholas K. Brasseur, 20, of 549 Ridgemoor Drive, Willowbrook, was charged in the same incident with illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor; and Giana J. Gutierrez, 18, of 11049 W. 72nd St., Indian Head Park, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to wear a seat belt. They were stopped at 55th Street and Garfield Avenue.
John M. Lozier, 19, of 340 E. Eight St., Hinsdale, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at 12:43 a.m. Friday. Brian C. Orrick, 19, of 8250 Steepleside Drive, Burr Ridge, was charged in the same incident with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to wear a seat belt; and Kevin R. Gustafson, 18, of 320 56th St. Clarendon Hills, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. They were stopped at 55th Street and Garfield Avenue.
BURGLARY
A laptop computer valued at $500 was reported missing between 4:30 p.m. May 11 and 9 a.m. May 14 from York Urology, 950 N. York Road. The office showed signs of forced entry, police said.
DRUGS
Kevin R. MacBride, 21, of 7318 Poplar Lane, Darien, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and improper lane use at 9:35 p.m. May 16. He was stopped on the 900 block of North York Road.
HIT-AND-RUN
The driver of a black Saab reported that her car was rear ended by another vehicle at 12:33 p.m. May 15 while she was stopped at a stop sign at Garfield Avenue and Symonds Drive.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
A window was reported broken between 10 p.m. May 15 and 6 a.m. May 16 at Dentistry By Design, 28 W. Chicago Ave.
