OAK BROOK — The Hinsdale Assembly Debutantes and Honor Guard were presented at the 49th annual Hinsdale Assembly Ball.

The Dec. 23 event, at the Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort, was hosted by the Hinsdale Assembly Board of the Hinsdale Hospital Foundation.

The ball is the culmination of a busy year for the young women and men who participated in several volunteer experiences at the Hinsdale Food Pantry Mobile Unit, Lawndale and Bethlehem Woods. The ball’s proceeds from the last two years were donated to the Third Floor Surgical Center of the New Patient Pavilion at the Adventist Hinsdale Hospital.

Honor Guard members for 2012 were Bradley Joseph Anlauf, Robert William Buddig, Mikel Alexander Dodd, Curtiss Allan House, William Alexander Howson, Charles Acker Klingenberger, Robert Holt Klingenberger, John William Lisy, Jr., Rhys Everett Louis, Benjamin Fox McGuire, William Alexander Moore, Christopher Hannifin Moran, Edward Goodison Parsons V, Frederick Charles Pickard, Cole Alexander Potkul, Jay Scott Richards, Erich Edward Ritz, William Robyn Schneider, Daniel Alexander Thomson, Brian Walter Unterberg, James Thomas Vanek and Steven Andrew Yeh of Hinsdale.

Also Benjamin Joseph Kucera and Grant Matthew Pusinelli of Burr Ridge, Christopher August Anderson, Frank Kennedy Neill and Andrew Creighton Scott of Clarendon Hills, and John Daniel Hayes of Western Springs.
