HINSDALE — Barry G. Friends and Jennifer J. Friends sold a home Sept. 4 at 8 W. Birchwood Ave. in Hinsdale to David K. Yang and Geegee T. Kan. The 32-year-old, five-bedroom, 5.5-bath, 4,157-square-foot home was sold for $1.125 million.

Barry Friends is a principal with the Barry Friends Consulting, based in La Crosse, Wis. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Hamilton College and a master's degree from Cornell University.

Geegee T. Kan is an independent consultant.
