WILLOWBROOK — The DuPage County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a strong arm robbery that occurred Saturday night.

At about 8:30 p.m. a man was walking back from a local store, wearing headphones, when two to six unknown suspects attacked him from behind.

The victim was walking in the area of 91st and Jamie Lane, which though referred to as unincorporated Hinsdale is actually off Route 83 and south of Interstate 55. The suspects came behind the victim, began hitting him and then stole his I-Pod Touch and they fled the area. The victim was transported to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.
