April sales leader named by Prudential

David Bracy, branch manager of Prudential Rubloff’s Hinsdale office, announced Kristin Berger as sales leader for the month of April. Nellie McCarthy and Tracy Anderson also had outstanding sales in April.

Diana and Chuck Ivas join Prudential Rubloff
Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of the prestigious Chicago real estate firm Prudential Rubloff Properties, are pleased to announce that Diana and Chuck Ivas have joined the company’s Hinsdale office.
“With an average annual sales volume of over $40 million, Diana and Chuck are among the top real estate sales professionals in the industry today,” Pierson said.

A 20-year real estate sales veteran and former teacher, coach and mentor, Diana focuses on marketing and showing properties. Chuck, a former decorating contractor, joined his wife in business several years later and works on the financial and administrative tasks so vital to their business. Together, they attribute their success to the intensive follow up they and their staff complete for each client. The follow-through includes assessing the needs of buyers and sellers and utilizing a team approach to handle objections and answer questions raised during the transaction process.
Diana has been the recipient of a bevy of awards, including the coveted Circle of Legends award, the Lifetime Achievement award, Hall of Fame, Platinum Club and Chairman’s Club. Chuck is the recipient of the Hall of Fame and Chairman’s Club awards. The Ivas Team has consistently ranked in the prestigious “Top 20” Teams of Northern Illinois at their former company. Diana and Chuck have lived and worked in Hinsdale for 30 years.
