Candidate withdraws from Hinsdale District 86 Board election

HINSDALE — Hinsdale High School District 86 confirmed Jennifer Babbington withdrew her candidacy for election to the School Board Jan. 31
Babbington, who lives in Darien, reportedly will be moving.
Babbington’s withdrawal leaves eight candidates for the four seats that will be up for election April 9.
Victor Casini, Edward Corcoran, Roger J. Kempa, Claudia Manley, and Roseanne Rosenthal will challenge incumbents Dennis Brennan, Deirdre “DeeDee” Gorgol and Kay Gallo.
Dianne Barrett, whose term also expires this year, chose not to seek reelection.
