Betty White will be Hot in Hinsdale

The legendary actress Betty White is heading to Hinsdale on Aug. 18 at 6:30 p.m. as the headliner for the BraveHearts Therapeutic Riding and Educational Center fundraiser.
Hot in Hinsdale — Betty White Paints the Town Red for BraveHearts will be held at the Ruth Lake Country Club, 6200 S. Madison St. in Hinsdale. Tickets are $175.
Activities include cocktails and dinner as well as silent and live auctions, including the opportunity to share a private breakfast with Betty White on Aug. 19.
The seven-time Emmy Award-winner is also well known for her efforts in support of animal health and welfare and has been a longtime supporter of the BraveHearts program.
Founded by Hinsdale resident Marge Gunnar, BraveHearts is a nonprofit organization helping both children and adults with physical, cognitive and emotional challenges through various horseback riding programs. It also offers therapeutic riding and carriage driving programs for disabled veterans.
